Revolt Catzine #2
As with all good ideas they spring from something relatively simple. This was an idea born out of Leeds, a town of more than just a scene but a developing way of looking at riding and one that has infected much of the UK with it's positive influence. The home of Revoltbmx, currently Revolty Towers was the starting point for a collective, a movement and definately a resurgence of riding enthusiasm. This zine is but one point (nearly wrote 'pint' but it would also apply) in the way the guys at Revolt (Paul Robinson and Greg Hargreaves) are pushing, being creative and generally not just experiementing with their scene but creating the opportunity for others to feel part of something, a re-defining of the family value of bmx and a move away from what was becoming not only a bitter scene but one with un optimistic outlooks in my opinion.

Regardless, the zine (although it is a combined catalogue zine)....is a relatively sparce offering when you considering purely the amount of content but when you get involved and read deeper, you will see the true meaning. Even if you think it's shit, this is UK zine-scene history.
