Somewhere within the covers of this offering is a content that you would consider
taking with you off-the-shelf. A content provided by (as the editor describes
it) "some very talented people"; he's correct and it shows. An 18 page portfolio
in many respects of the likes of Ed Docherty and Sandy Carson. But don't ride
on the names, these are just people like you and eye. However they have both
the
experience and ability to document short sections from their lives very well.
'Very well' for me = 'in a way that relates to a small part of your own life
and
yet
makes you think much further'.
In this particular issue the is content ranging from, a Sandy portfolio, some interesting stuff from Ed and a pretty unique sections from Tobin Yelland and Mike Vallely. Photo documentation of the L.A boxing scene and bizarre stories towards the end. I felt inspired having read it.
