Complete links
This is where you can really see how incredible the net is, how far it goes and how it to some extent involves people. It definately has it's limitations [esp. for those who do not have access to a pc - another example of not being able to fully involve people with lesser or often 'third world' resources] but it is here where i hope to show the benefits. This is an extension of the sanctioned links section, not just another page added to a site that is without real content (as i see all too often), but a page offered as a genuine guide to the bmx culture on the net.
Important
Ed Notes:
---snip---
Here is as complete a list as i have the time to compile/maintain.
This is the unsactioned part of 20inchers web links, companies listed may or may
not have supported the industry and i ask that you at least consider where your
support and money goes, some of the companies here have indeed jumped onto bmx
purely for the money and will jump out as soon as it gets hard - are these really
the people whose pocket you want to be lining? Also, don't be fooled by many of
the so called US compnaies claiming that the US makes the best product, 70% of
them proabably have their products make in the east and only market themselves
from the US/Canada. Well made and designed products now made in the East (Taiwan
etc) are often at least as good (and with some companies, better) than US products
but i disagree with companies (usually US/CA) who don't openly proclaim it but
continue to abuse the benefits.
Some people/companies listed here are often associated with more than one thing, if this is applicable i have attempted to list them under that which is most relevant or that which the company is best known for. Eg. Wethepeople make both frames, parts and protection but i have listed them under'Bike/parts Co' and not under 'Parts co' or 'Protection'. The fastest way to find what you want is to search this page by pushing <CTRL>< ALT> on your k/board (pc) and entering the word in the search box.
The
only aim here is to offer you the most comprehensive link listing available, however
the web is practically infinite and i have for sure missed many sites , if you
think i've missed something important get in touch and i'll fix it. thanks. Likewise,
if you are listed here and think that i have e mis-represented you and you should
be on the 'sanctioned' page then drop me a mail and remind me why.

[Remember
that these can be biased and should be taken only as information - as one person's
or a group pf peoples' opinion or experience. At the same time tryto not be swayed
by what is said to be cool, by unknowledgable bike shop sales staff or by your
so called friends]
Skateparks
[Obviously
the likelyhood of a non-commercial run skatepark having a web site is not as high
as those needing to make a revenue. However this should not be viewed as a reflection
of the park, it is very common for free skateparks to be among the best, most
local and unless it's raining probably more fun. Indoor parks on the flip side
often provide a safer 'controled' atmosphere, other facilities and larger more
purpose built ramps often(but not always) of a higher standard.]

note :: many shops offer mail order to other countries. Many shops are also distributors(listed
